I just received my copy and I want to say that it's the best one yet. There are beautiful pictures and great recipes. About 50% of the exercises require gym equipment, but could be modified. What I most like is that the information is broken down into "chunks" so that you aren't spending all of your time reading. It's easy to just "jump in". I encourage anyone who like to follow Tosca Reno's healthy lifestyle to get a copy.
