Well, I prett much had/have all those ingredients. I didn't see anything too strange. My mom raised me eating most of those foods anyhow. We never had white sugar or flour growing up... Yes, I believe I do have ALL of the Clean Eating cookbooks. The one I actually enjoyed most was the Clean Eating Diet book for MEN. Heartier recipes that my family would eat. The book for kids and family is good too.
Which of Tosca's cookbooks would you recommend Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Cookbook: Delicious Recipes That Will Burn Fat and Re-Shape Your Body! (2009) or The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook: Great-Tasting Recipes That Keep You Lean (2007).
I have read reviews on amazon.com I currently own The Eat Clean Diet, The Eat Clean Diet Recharged ( I am reading right now) has good recipes that arent in the first book) Your Best Body Now (on my Ipad).
I just received my copy and I want to say that it's the best one yet. There are beautiful pictures and great recipes. About 50% of the exercises require gym equipment, but could be modified. What I most like is that the information is broken down into "chunks" so that you aren't spending all of your time reading. It's easy to just "jump in". I encourage anyone who like to follow Tosca Reno's healthy lifestyle to get a copy.
