When I stopped smoking, I chewed a LOT of GUM! lol emoticon I was chewing the stuff with artificial sweetener, so I have since made the switch to SPRY gum. Sweetened with xylitol.
emoticonemoticon on quitting smoking! After the second week it gets WAY easier!
And you can pretty much expect to gain 5 pounds (maybe more), but remember, by quitting you are doing WAY more good for yourself. Don't worry about a couple of extra pounds right now. Take charge of your QUIT. You're doing AWESOME!

Also, there are tons of healthy snacks... I'm not gonna recommend any. Just the gum. lol emoticon

I just finished a decadent snack:

In a small bowl combine: small handful of raw cashews, raw almonds, raw walnuts, blueberries, 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds and a cut up banana. Eat it in a bowl like cereal.

It was filling and fantastic!

Also, this is a great travel snack since you can put it in a small jar or container ahead of time. You can sub any kind of fruit too, be creative!

Ok, I had a nasty habit, I smoked about a pack a week/ sometimes two, sometimes none. I was a social smoker who would smoke at a party and then finish that pack during the rest of the week.
I quit. I'm done.
I don't want to weigh 400 pounds ;)
I'm over the worst, four days in, And I used some chocolate and cookies to get over the worst. But I need yummy ideas of things to snack on/treats to not ruin all my weight loss progress.

I'm eating clean/body for life style and any snack/recipe ideas would be so welcome.
