hopefully this hasnít been asked before but i have a question:
when you go out to eat (and have little or no say in the restaurant choice) what do you order? letís for instance, youíre invited by friends or family at a big chain restaurant that serves mostly processed foods.
see, i have this thing about being one of ďthoseĒ people. my ex boyfriend and i had friends who were doing atkins and they would request all sorts of modifications to the food theyíd order and it drove us bananas.
the few times iíve been out to eat since iíve started my transition to cleaner eating; iíve just done my best to quietly find the right foods for me but i know that sometimes iíll be in a situation where there really arenít healthy choices. what do you do then?
anyway, i was just wondering what everyoneís take was on eating out.
