I track meat/fish/poultry/cheese in ounces as well.

A serving of fish or meat equals 2-3 ounces, wich is the size of a playing card. Not sure if this helps you!

Silly question, I know. But I'm trying to track my foods and didn't know if my fillet was considered as a 1/2 or 1 entire salmon fillet. Can anyone help me decipher between these 2? Preferably with a pic? Thanks!! :)
