I love Jackie Warner! Her t.v. show is awesome. Not really about getting healthy, though! Her workout dvd is great. I will need to check out the book.

Has anyone read This Is Why You're Fat And How To Get Thin Forever by Jackie Warner? I'm reading it now and it is a great book! I laughed at the title when I first read it, thinking it was another "diet", but really it's an interesting book on benefits of clean eating to your body. The information wasn't necessarily new to me, but I really like the way she wrote and applied the benefits to your overall health, etc. Again, nothing folks on here probably don't already know, but a good read, whether you have weight to lose or not!

Just wondering if anyone else has ready and what your thoughts are about the book.
