Breakfast: Had old fashion oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken breast,whole wheat pasta,& broccoli.
Dinner: Lemon-tailpia,baked potato, and broccoli w/red peppers and olive oil.

Intercessory and Warfare prayers are part of my Ministry about 9 years. God miraculous has answer prayers. I know I served a Living God that want to do mighty things in our lives. Fasting often. Like to read Bible, read other inspiration books,
coupon clippers.Always looking for a sale that combine with coupsons and LIKE TO WORKOUT!

I do about 3 ounces of chicken breast, either poached and chopped (or leftover from a meal) or canned, and 1/2 C of the beans. And my rice is brown. Can't remember if I mentioned that earlier.

This is good either cold, as a kind-of salad (which makes it easy to take along), or hot. I like to put Italian seasoning in there or sage, but add whatever you like.

This is actually a combo my nutritionist came up with (FlexChef), but it's my favorite lunch now!

Nancy Anne: may I ask what the quantities are for the chicken and beans that you add to the 1/2c. of rice. I tend to have portion distortion and am really trying to get back on track!

also, do you have any snacks?

For breakfast my nutritionist got me started on slow-cook oatmeal w/ a tablespoon of natural peanute butter and a small apple diced and cooked into it. Served aside it is one egg and three egg whites.

Lunch: 1/2 C brown rice w/ a diced chicken breast, queso fresco or some other kind of crumbly cheese (feta works well, too) and black beans. Season to taste.

Dinner: broiled tilapia w/ olive oil, parmesan cheese and italian seasoning sprinkled on it, served with a steamed veggie and whole-grain pasta.
