I tried to make the "ice cream." Don't leave it in the freezer too long because it gets hard as brick. Tasty though.

The clean eating magazine that was out this past summer that I'm wishing I would have bought had an ice cream sandwich recipe on the cover, does anyone have that issue and would be willing to share the recipe. At the time I wasn't interested in clean eating so I didn't buy the issue now I'm kicking myself as I'm trying to eat cleaner this year and the last skinny cow ice cream sandwich is gone so I wanted to give these a whirl!
