So if you take the time to learn how to make delicious NUTRITIOUS meals, being a vegan or vegetarian is a wonderful way to live and eat.
I suffered an excruciatingly painful kidney stone the other day and have since learned that consumption of too much animal protein can contribute to kidney stones. In researching this, I have also come across much other information about the detrimental effects of animal protein on the human body. Seems that vegetarians live longer, and look younger that meat eaters. So, I have been giving some thought to going vegetarian, maybe a little at a time and was wondering if anyone has been successful with maintaining or gaining muscle mass as a vegetarian.
