I totally agree...I carry my cooler EVERYDAY. I can see how easy it would be to make bad choices if you had not planned in advance or taken your food with you. I had to FORCE myself to order something when we took my husband out for his birthday and I felt so bloated and miserable for two straight days! Lesson learned! hugs, Wanda

SIMPLELIFE, that's so great. I'm glad to see you've reached goal weight too. I'm endeavoring to eat clean in the Zone 90-95% of the time. For the last 2 weeks I've accomplished that goal but I sure would like to see some of your recipes. Do you have any special ones that you make a lot (or any really) that you would care to share with us? Seeing that you have made goal weight is really inspiring, keep up the good work. P.S. I've enjoyed reading your blog posts too.
