My favorite breakfast of all time is 1/2 cup dry oatmeal (not instant) cooked with 1 cup Silk Light Soymilk. Then I add a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and a TBSP of chopped walnuts. I also use only 1 splenda packet, which I know is not clean but I used to use 3 slendas in my oatmeal. I'm making some headway. With my oatmeal, I also scramble 1 whole egg with two egg whites and cooked with a couple TBSP's of chopped onion and green or red peppers. Oatmeal and egg scramble is my daily mornning breakfast and I love it. It's quite filling too.
Here are some thoughts... I will only claim that they are 'reasonably' clean, not 100% clean ;)
Breakfast: 1/2 c. oatmeal or quinoa with hardboiled egg or egg beaters and 1/2 c. berries whole grain toast w/ 1/2 tbsp nut butter and a banana breakfast 'burrito': whole grain tortilla, scrambled egg beaters, veggies, clean turkey or ham skillet potatoes (shredded plain potatoes, you can buy them in the freezer section) crisped up in the skillet with a little olive oil and some egg beaters scrambled in 1/2 c. Kashi Golean Crunch with 1/2 c. soymilk and some fruit
lunch and dinner: 1/2 c protein (chicken cooked in a little olive oil with lemon pepper; pork tenderloin - they come pre-marinated and you can throw the whole thing in the oven or slice it and cook in the skillet; tuna; ground turkey patties) 1/2 cup starch (brown rice, potato 'baked' in the microwave, sweet potato, polenta, couscous) 1 veggie
snacks: edamame greek yogurt with fruit and a splash of honey clean crackers (e.g. Kashi, or crispbreads, or plain Triscuits...) with Laughing Cow cheese and some carrot sticks banana with 1/2 tbsp nut butter hummus with clean crackers and dipping veggies protein shake with some fruit blended in

I'm in the UK and do not have access to Clean Eating Magazine and I'm struggling for ideas with meal planning. Could someone pls share some meal plans with me? Alternatively, does someone have some good CE Nutrition journals I could look at?
