I keep a tiny bag of the WHITE EVIL in my cupboard just for company who likes it in their coffee.

There is also sugar in the Clean Eating Magazine and in the Eat Clean Cookbook. I know sugar is bad, but I have so much left over from my unclean eating days that I use it. I know, I know but I am not 100% clean and I hate to waste food and cannot afford to replace all the "unclean" foods in my kitchen.

Eat the food that God gave us, not the "food" that humans created in laboratories

I'd say sugar is a big NO- NO!!! Guess it was an big over sight on their part. Use clean substitutes.

I would think that it is a BIG No-No. I have noticed several indiscrepencies ALSO, with some of the things Tosca advocates and some of the things she actually does... of which I won't go into here. But, I can only assume after watching her reality show on VIVA network, that she really had spread herself thin when she was writing the book... I'm thinking that is a typo and I am surprised that Tosca has that in there, abnd even MORE surprised that an editor didn't catch it!

Don't be confused, just don't use the white sugar. Sub in brown sugar, or raw cane sugar (sucanat), or honey, or...

OK, now i'm confused.

I just recieved the Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook and I see that a few of the recipes call for sugar while others use agave/Sucanat.

Surely sugar is a no-no??
