If you enjoy eating lean protein such as chicken breast, egg whites, and tuna I would keep them in your diet unless you have other reasons to avoid them. They are good low calorie and low fat sources of protein. It would be advisable to cut back on any heavily processed meats and be sure to always choose lean cuts if you chose to eat other meats such as beef.

I love having the endless options of ways to prepare chicken, shrimp, and egg whites to help meet my nutrition needs. I find them more filling then many carbs and find it wise to eat a balance of foods.

Would vegetarian foods be better as far as reducing fat and calories. Ive tried foods a few years ago, and they didnt taste bad. Ive cut out a few things. Mostly I eat just chicken breast grilled and veggies and fruits, tuna, and eggs, and cereal.
