I'm at 75% to 90%. It really depends on the day. And that is where I'll probably stay. I don't aspire to be at 100%. It's not realistic for my chosen lifestyle.

I would like to say somewhere between 30-40% of the time my mind says eat right..stay away from sweets-my main downfall..I try to avoid sodas..I don't read whats in everything...I might not eat anything if I did...I try not to take ocd's--but on occation after a long run..I still do..I eat fruits and veggies..but I don't have the means to get all of them organically grown except in my garden....I would like to become a better eater..a more clean eater..It's a slow process..but I'm trying.
I am a great student--I have been to school for 39 of my 44 yrs. There is always something to learn and something to teach others.So teach me something and maybe I can someday teach others...Rico/Art instructor

I aim for 90%. Like many others in the group, I have the same steel cut oats every morning and often end my (eating) day with a glass of red wine (locally organic when I can get it). Meals 2 and 4 are fairly consistently the same among 4 or 5 choices. Dinner is where I need to find variety to keep the rest of the household happy. Still I strive for clean, and have made a new Spark Cookbook with clean foods. Occasionally (once a month or so) DH insists on eating out at places I would never choose. There is rarely anything clean to choose, short of a bowl of iceberg lettuce; not the most appetising or healthful choice. I don't really have any un-clean cravings, like for refined sugar or breads, since I gave up the high fructose corn syrup. Once I missed my Pepsi and allowed myself a single serving. I was ravenous the entire day. Never again.
I'm probalby closer to 50-60%. I just started and have a hard time with some things like alcohol and breads. I am also not exactly sure if some things are clean or not - just started on this journey :) My goal is to eat about 75% clean. I know I will never reach 100% because there are things that will always be in my diet but I will be very happy with 75%.

Me too. I have two meal plans and I alternate them every other day. I always have the same breakfast and afternoon snacks, but the other meals I alternate. If I don't track online then I'm still tracking in my notebook. I track most of the time to get the calorie numbers.
98-100% after all, I'm human;) I stopped using my nutrition tracker because I eat the same thing daily. Chix, tuna, steel cut oats, & egg whts. I find if I mix it up too much, then I over complicate it. So I keep it simple:)
I've been trying to eat clean for about 2 weeks now and I love it. I still have a lot to learn. I'm about 85-90% clean, some days are better than others. I just want to thank those who share their nutrition tracker on their sparkpage(Robyn, Blanckandi). It is great to see how some of you approach clean eating, very motivating. I wish more of people here would have it available.
I am probably around 80%. I am not trying for 100%.I still like wine and a few other snacks that I eat very little of, but need from time to time. I am concentrating on getting rid of processed foods, hormones and additives. I would be happy at 90%.
I would say that I am 80% clean. I still like to drink Michelob Ultra or Wine. I am having a hard time cutting out all alcohol. I have given up so much as far as food is concerned so that one is a toughy for me.

ok am not kiding my clean eating is okay right now on like b/4 100%occationaly90%,since am trying to add lil blue in my family,of course you know what i mine,more of fresh,vegie fruits,protein,fibre,unlimited water all sort of clean eatin alkaline method.

I am going to say 100% 6 days per week. I have a healthy cheat meal on either Friday night or Saturday. Healthy cheats are cheese burgers, pizza or tacos. We usually make them at home with pretty clean ingredients. Sometimes we go out for our cheat dinner so like I said average about 95%.
I would say usually about 90%, I just can't give up my ff french vanilla coffee creamer in my coffee every morning. And, unfortunately, everything else today was clean, except a piece of my husband's birthday cake (DQ ice cream cake). I know, I know, TERRIBLE, but we only have that cake once a year, for his birthday.
Don't count the days-make the days count! (my mom told me this when I was counting down the days to my wedding. It was the best advice she ever gave me.)
