ITSNAE, does BRAGG have high sodium content? I've heard a couple of folks talk about it, but I've never actually looked for the product myself.

Also, I found this link to a cookbook of 300 cal meals:

www.amazon.com/300-Calorie-One-Dish-
Me
al-Cookbook-Low-Calorie/dp/0809239566

And allrecipes.com has a sections for 300 cal per serving meals:

My favorite meal lately has been a chicken breast with a cup of steamed veggies. Both topped with BRAGG Liquid Aminos (tastes just like soy sauce)

Sure thing...

For breakfast I love having 0.5 a cup of oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon and walnuts

For lunch I cut up lots of veggies and add something like nuts / celery with peanut butter.. sometimes I have some whole wheat pretzels on the side...

Then dinner is a salad with salmon or chicken breast... usually based on balsamic vinegar.

Just a few idea... Hope it helped

I'm trying to keep my meals between 200 and 300 cal. Any great and wonderful ideas for me. I find I'm eating the same thing, over and over and over.
