As a novice I can't really give advice but only say this. Yesterday was my first real day of clean eating and I did very well. Today however my meal plans were already planned weeks in advance and I did not eat clean. I don't feel as well today physically as I did yesterday and I know it's the food but tomorrow is a new day and I can't look back. With that said, it's Easter, just enjoy.

Don't count the days-make the days count! (my mom told me this when I was counting down the days to my wedding. It was the best advice she ever gave me.)
As someone who is recovering from a day of not eating clean... I would give yourself some leeway in order to enjoy the family time but take it easy with how much you eat that's not clean. Your body is no longer used to all that stuff and you will pay for it!

I love ham, but it is high in sodium and nitrates. (NITRATES BAD!). But, you know what? I've already had several of those damn mini eggs, and now I'm going to a friends for Easter BRUNCH. Who knows what they are serving. i've sort of written off today, already! LOL! I think one day of cheating; If I count, Easter, Halloween, Christmas & my Birthday four days cheating per year. i think that is OK. Happy Easter! Sorry I'm not much support... I'm WEAK!
nevermind.. i dont want to know.. she is making a big deal about it so im just going to have a small portion and steal the veggies before butter is poured on. so please dont reply with how bad it is lol next time i will have to offer to cook lol
