Goat's milk should help if you can stomach the taste, since the molecules are most similar to breast milk (isn't that a lovely picture). I'm not a fan of soy due to the estrogenic properties and the fact that most of it is GMO (unless you get certified organic, of course). However, you should notice that you don't get the same response in your body should you do yogurt of kefir, again because it's pre-digested and therefore your body doesn't see it as much like a foreign invader.
As for veganism, eh. Not for me, but we do a ton of raw vegan food around here (just toss me a little feta on the top, please)! If you'd like ideas for vegan food that's tasty, you can check out greensmoothiegirl.com. We use lots of Robyn's stuff around here, including the green smoothie itself!
