I recommend reading the ingredients. Sometimes it is more cost effective to just buy the ingredients of some of these products. E.g. I was looking at cleanses once and almost bought one for apprx $25. When I looked at the ingredients, it was 100% psyllium and I could buy the same amount of psyllium for about $5.
I'm not sure which Fiber35 product you are looking at, but I believe most of them contain acacia fiber. It might be more cost effective to look into buying acacia fiber rather than the Fiber35 products.
Like some others, I recommend trying to increase the amount of fiber you are getting through whole foods first.
