My personal preference is actually CE, because I get my exercise from exercise DVDs -- so I prefer it to be more about the food.
I've looked thru Oxygen a few times, but personally just never felt there was enough there to buy it. For fitness, I prefer Fitness Magazine. And I really like Self Magazine, too, which has fitness -- and a whole lot more (including food).

I recommend asking for both! I have been purchasing Oxygen and Clean Eating/Nutrition magazines off of the shelf and have finally subscribed! I find the they both go hand in hand. I also have Fitness but have realized that there is too much "fluff" in fitness compared to Oxygen. If you can get past the "diet" and other advertisements in Oxygen, I would start with that. Clean Eating only comes out about 4-6 times a year with the seasons.
I received my first copy of Clean Eating magazine just a few weeks ago and I'm eagerly awaiting the next one.
I have difficulty finding clean recipes or sometimes I'm just too lazy to try and make a clean version of a not-so-clean recipe. This magazine takes the guess work out and there are a ton of recipes and good information inside with really great colorful photos.
Since my issues is with cooking, not exercising...I went with the Clean Eating magazine. Hope that helps.

I have a subscription to both. Matter a fact I'm following a routine for the past 3 weeks. from Jan.,2009 issue. "Get Firm & Fit" Oxygen is a favorite of mine. I've been getting it for years now. I learned so much from it over the years. "Shape" magazine is good also Eating clean magazine I first learned about from "Oxygen" It's a great magazine, & yes there recipes are the best.

I have bought Cleaning Eating once. But Oxygen many times, if that answer helps! Sometimes I feel Oxygen is a mag for people who are more advanced in their fitness then I, but yet I still buy them. It's motivating & there is always lots to learn about fitness. Plus there are some recipes sometimes. If you could, I would personally get the Oxygen magazine & then just purchase Tosca Reno's Clean Eating book.

Everyone is right. Eating Clean is about food and Oxygen is about exercise. I get them both but think about canceling Clean too expensive for the amount you get.

I decided to subscribe to both. You will probably gain more out of Oxygen since it has a lot of fitness stuff in addition to some recipes. Clean eating is great, but I have only received one issue so far. It is all recipes, but also has a month worth of menus that is really nice too.
I LOVE Oxygen, but I haven't read Clean Eating yet. I am going to pick up an issue and decide if I want the subscription or not. I did put Tosca Reno's books on my Christmas list though. I don't think you could go wrong with either mag. Oxygen has lots of advice on overall fitness and I think Clean Eating might just be recipes and such, but I could be wrong.

Which is your favorite magazine, Oxygen or Clean Eating? I want to put one of these on my Christmas wish list but I have not read either so I'm not sure which one to pick. It looks like Oxygen comes out monthly as opposed to the quarterly Clean Eating so right now I'm leaning towards Oxygen just for that reason.
