That would be a great challenge for me! I have really fallen off track lately and with the holidays coming I'm afraid of what's going to happen to my weight loss. I need all the help I can get!

THINIKING ABOUT FOOD!!!!
My friends have started talking about planning their Xmas parties (it's not even Halloween for crying out loud!!!!)

Just thought I'd let you know that this is ANOTHER time that I think about HOW to keep my eating clean.

I think about food in different situations. For example I think about it a lot in the sense of what I want to cook, looking at new recipes, planning meals, and trying new healthy options.
But I have these other times where it's like I just can't get it out of mind. I just want to eat all the time. I lot of it comes with boredom. If I am not constantly busy I feel like I want to eat something. I guess I just have to try to keep myself busy all the time...and maybe I wont have that problem???

I think about food alot as well, but not because I'm hungry.
I PLAN meals in my head ahead of time so I feel in total control.

Having to plan out every calorie that goes into my mouth for the last year, yeah, it is on my mind way too much. Lucky for me I don't have a job and kids that would be really hard!

If you are constantly thinking about food b/c you feel the need to eat, then reassess and make sure you are getting enough calories in and you are eating every 2-3 hours. Remember to eat your fruits and veggies b/c fiber will also help you feel full. Plus, drink lots of water - that will help you fill up. Hot tea can help you feel full too.

You are not alone - I am always thinking about food, what to eat (food just calls me) and what to fix for meals. I think I ponder food more than anything else.

It seems I am always thinking about food but more in term of planning and do I have enough of this or that nutrient!!! Sometimes it gets overwhelming!!! At times like that I take a break from tracking my food and just go with what I have learned along the way!!! For the most part, if I'm not tracking, I can listen more to my body and feed myself on a more natural and less structured time frame!!!
