I tried it when I found an individual packet available at Publix (I believe) while on a business trip. Honestly, I couldn't stand it and threw away most of it. I tried a package each of vanilla and chocolate and neither came close in mixability or flavor to EAS or MuscleMax. iSS is another brand I use that I really don't care for but am using up... ;)
I've backslidden... I reached my goal and was now maintaining, but now I need to lose 10 pounds and firm up.
The whey protein powder that I use is double chocolate by Natural factors. It blends well nice smooth and creamy I use an organic fat free milk with no hormones etc.. and the cows are grass fed. Hamilton Beach has a greatvery small portable light but powerful blender. It is to make one smoothie or shake at a time. It is available at walmart online or maybe in a store. You can even drink right out of the cup which you blend the shake. paid 13.88 for it
I also used Jay Robb protein powder. I like the egg white protein powder and love that it is not sweetened with sugar. GNC does not carry his products. Vitamin Shoppe and some health food stores do. It also comes in convenient indiv. pack that you can take with you that you can buy in a box or a couple if you need them.
Has anyone ever used the pasteurized "liquid" egg white by Egg Whites International? They were featured in Oxygen magazine as very versatile and a great source of protein.
I wake up every day with the realization that this is it, that there's only one shot at this life and I can either enjoy the ride and live it to its fullest and to my highest potential or I can stay the way I am.

I don't use protein powders that often, but this is my powder of choice when I do. The reason I liked this one over others (I know, there are a LOT to choose from) is because it was sweetened with stevia instead of artificial sweeteners. Also, it tastes good, which is important! Hope this helps.
