90% of the yogurt I eat is Trader Joes Greek Yogurt, the non fat kind. I seriously go through 4 of those a week! Theres 2 servings per container, 120 calories per serving, and 20 grams protien! I love it! Problem is...Trader Joes hasn't had it in for a week! Im going through withdrawls....I tried Fage, but its too expensive. I know stonyfield farms came out with oikanos(sp?) greek yogurt, but I cant find any store that carries it...
I feel like im addicted to it! haha its delicious with honey and pistachios!
There are those out there who can run, but choose not to for whatever reason. I run because there are those who do not have legs to run on. What motivates you to run?

In most commercial yogurts, there are tons of added sugar or artificial sweeteners!!!
I make my own with organic unsweetened soy milk, organic non fat dry milk and yogurt cultures!!! Before I eat it, I add sweetener, either Stevia, Agave or Honey, vanilla whey protein and fresh fruit...this morning I had blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and banana and then I topped it with high fiber cereal!!!
Okay...so I love yogurt!!! It's like ice cream to me. It was one of the things that I could not give up when moving towards a cleaner diet. I have always eaten either Yoplait (the light version) or Dannon Light and Fit. Lately I can't even touch it without it sending my stomach into doing flips. I have found over the past several years that my body is very sensitive to a lot of processed foods. So naturally I feel better when I eat clean. Anyways I tried the Stoneyfield un-sweetened yogurt and it was awful. Any other suggestions on what I can try. I am guessing that its all the additives and aspartame in the Yoplait and Dannon that is turning my stomach. I am from a rural area so I have had a hard time finding the Fage or Greek yogurt. Is is anything like StoneyField un-sweetned yogurt???
