I got lucky and they had all the nut butters on sale for a couple dollars off each. I got the pumpkinseed butter that was originally for like 5.49 instead of 7.49, and I got tahini for cheap too.

I've had some bad times with that PB! I can eat a ton! I've swapped to unsalted peanut because it makes me crave it less (less salt, duh!).

I wish I didn't love the natural peanut butter as much as I did. It should be eaten in moderation, yet it calls me from the refrigerator...

I don't think that there is anything wrong w/ natural peanut butter. Tosca probably just likes the other nut butter tastes better... So far my favorite is almond butter, I love it on Ezekial toast. Mmmm...

Hi Ya'll,

actually, I believe peanut butter is mentioned in the books --going by what i remembered. of course, they have to meet the requiredments {no sugar or HFCS} like ya'll already know.

I'm GUESSING that Tosca doesnt mention them as often as to maybe she doesnt like pb as much as the other nut butters.

I also feel the same way... I wonder if there is a difference or not?

I noticed in Eat Clean that all natural nut butters are recommended such as cashew or almond, but all natural peanut butter is never mentioned. Is there a reason for this? Is there something wrong with it? I love natural peanut butter-- I thought it was a good thing. (?)
