This came from someone on one of my other teams. She hasn't given me a link to it on SparkRecipes yet, I don't think she knows how to use it yet but she did post it on a thread to share. It looks pretty good to me and I hope to make some to have around.
Protein Power Bars
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I mixed 2 T cocoa powder with the vanilla)
1 1/2 cup quick oats
1 c powdered milk
2 T ground flax seed
4 T pb
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup water
Combine together and add 1/4 cup craisins, chocolate chips, or nuts. Press into a med bread pan (sprayed with pam) and refrigerate several hours. Dump out of pan and cut into nine slices. Put each slice in a baggie and store in refrigerator. These taste a lot like a no bake cookie.
About 15 grams of protein, 180 calories.
I will use dark chocholate to make mine.
