kchipelo, I believe Tosha's Eating Clean book says one teaspoon a day on the bee pollen & another time references taking one teaspoon 30 minutes prior to each meal. (i'm not close to my book now - but I will look it up & post the answer if someone else hasn't already). I love the new addition of bee pollen - I can see why its a useful addition/supplement into an eating plan.
