So I remembered seeing a Mango Lassi clean recipe, but I couldn't remember where I saw it. So I thought that I'd try to make a clean one and see what it tasted like. I make several yummy yogurt smoothies so I thought - I can do this!
It was so much easier than I thought. When I did a search on the internet, all the mango lassi recipes had sugar in them.
So I added 140g of frozen organic mango and 227g of Plain Low Fat organic stoneyfield farms yogurt. Threw them into the blender till smoothed. Tasted it after that and hmm not bad but missing something. Yeah its missing sugar. So I threw in 1/2 frozen banana (I unpeel bananas and freeze them in 1/2 pieces) - I use these in my yogurt smoothies. Blended this into the mixture and tasted it - THAT'S IT! YUMMY!! OMG it was so good!
