I have done well since joining sp and then discovering Tosca. I feel great and it is different from other times I lost weight. My nails are stronger and hair looks fuller and shinier. I have great muscle tone. This is for life and not really a diet though despite the "eat clean diet name" Good luck! Cheryl
I would definitely consider myself a clean eating success story. Even though I have a long way to go as far as weight loss, clean eating is making me drop the weight faster and I feel so good inside! My body has never felt this good, EVER. I really love what eating clean has done for me. :)
I followed clean eating over a month with really good exercise and I lost 5 belt notches (I don't weigh myself, I go by measurements). I have to say clean eating was a major reason that I lost weight! I felt less bloated, I've had way more energy to do my workouts, and I feel great!
I consider myself a clean eating success story even though I lost all my weight and was maintaining when I found this team and Tosca's book!!!
Clean eating concepts are not new, I think there was a time in the 90's when it was called "grazing"!!!
What I have found through clean eating is I feel better (emotionally, mentally and physically), I look better (hair and skin glowing, belly not bloated and getting flatter) and have energy to burn most of the time!!! I have started running since joining this team and getting re-committed to living a clean lifestyle!!! I am by no mean perfect but I feel on most days, I am a proud and successful representative of the Clean Eating lifestyle and that makes me a success story!!!

I have seen quite a few posts about tosca's clean eating. I have read alot of success. I myself went on to her website a couple of weeks ago, it was very interesting. I have not gotten the book but I have been doing it for a couple of weeks now. Between that and calorie cycling I broke my 2 month plateau. I lost 2 lbs, I know that others have lost more than that, but I guess it depends on your system and how much you have to loose that will determine how Much you can loose. I have allways tried to eat clean, but this just made me tweak it a little bit more. YOu should check out the website if you havn't allready, it's good.
