Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

In food processor, blend:
1 roasted red pepper, skin and seeds removed
1 can of garbanzo beans, rinsed to remove sodium
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
dash of olive oil
sea salt & pepper to taste
Serve with veggies.
