Great ideas, MissJC! I love the idea of the turkey meatballs. It seems like people around here are always making meatballs for parties & it would be nice to have some that aren't soaking in oil!

I was going to suggest a fruit salad or even a veggie tray. I just did a party this past weekend and I did almost everything totally clean. I made sloppy joes--made my own sauce and I made a shredded turkey dish with my own ingredients. Had veggies with hummus and a fruit platter with a yogurt dip that wasn't so much clean but I didnt eat it anyways.
I made 2 bday cakes from scratch....although not the best choices to eat but atleast the cakes didnt come from a box!!

I don't know how fancy your party is, but I like hummus w/ veggies for dipping, it's easy to bring and healthy. Another option, fruit salad, just a variety of cut up fruits. Could be as plain or fancy as you like.

I am reasonably new at trying to eat whole/real foods, not using refined carbs or chemical additives. Anyway, I am going to a party on Thursday, and I am looking for some good recipes for something I could bring that I could eat. I would prefer something that is essentially able to be picked up and eaten without silverware, but I will consider anything good! Either savory or sweet is fine.
