They wouldn't be considered clean eating. You truly have to watch that stuff very closely and completly understand the label - per serving what is that, what is in the ingredient panel? What is the sugar content, fiber, fat - may be called all natural but are they fooling you or is it a good product.
Whatever works is okay - problem is if they taste that good, that could be a problem. Is there something better that you can have handy to take when you are on the run??
