They wouldn't be considered clean eating. You truly have to watch that stuff very closely and completly understand the label - per serving what is that, what is in the ingredient panel? What is the sugar content, fiber, fat - may be called all natural but are they fooling you or is it a good product.
Whatever works is okay - problem is if they taste that good, that could be a problem. Is there something better that you can have handy to take when you are on the run??

I love the Kashi Granola bars. To me they are less like rice crispy treats and healthier than the others. (some granola bars remind me of glorified rice crispy treats) They do hae sweeteners in them such as brown rice syrup, honey and molasses but they are near the end of the ingredient list. 140 cals per bar (peanut butter bars) 45 fat cals. 5% sodium, 6% total carb, 4 g fiber, 5 g sugars and 7 g protien. Other flavors vary a little but are close. If you are going to have a granola bar I think it is a good choice. I try not to eat one everyday but I did have one this morning on a morning I had to eat breakfast on the run and it was nice to have it to hold me over until I could get something better in me. So for me they are good for when I'm on the run. You'll have to decide for yourself because technacally they probably don't meet the clean eating standards but they aren't bad eiter.

I use the Kashi cereal every once and a while. The other day I noticed the Kashi granola bars. Would this be okay do you think? They say all natural but I've been doing so well that I don't really want to sabotage myself. Any help would be appreciated.
