During my 1st couple weeks of Eating clean I kept me menus very simple, constantly referring to the 2 sample menus in the book. An additional help to me was browsing through the food logs of fellow Eating Clean Sparkers. I was able to get a feel of those who really had a grasp on Eating Clean & I'd see what they were doing so I could learn from them. Doing that also gave me other food ideas I had not thought of yet. You may want to try that.
