I bought it at my grocery store. What would you mean by is it clean? What would be in there to make it clean and what would be in there to make it not clean. I am new to this and am learning.

Where did you find eggplant spread? I have avocado dip witch my son just loves. It has a little kick to it. I put flavored cream cheese on my cracker. I also eat it dry.

YUM!! I actually like Cottage Cheese & eat it & Oatmeal routinely, but I've never put the 2 together. Sounds yummy - a definite must try! Thanks for the ideas.

Cottage cheese is a staple in my oatmeal. I hate cottage cheese and it is the only way that I can eat it. It adds protein to that meal and I can't taste it so now I have grown to love it - I then add 1/2 cup of berries and its a "meal in a dish".

Ohhhhh cottage cheese in oatmeal is wondeful... It adds a creaminess that is awesome. My bodybuilding brother in law introduced me to that (of course he adds flavored creamer and nuts to his too LOL).

I use Kavil too. My local grocery store has them with the crackers. They have a variety of flavors but I have only tried the 5-grain so far.

Virtually you can put whatever you want on it or nothing at all. They are great plain to eat with a salad. I don't like cottage cheese either (I put it in my oatmeal which is the only way I can eat it) but cottage cheese is a good protein source. Don't eat it if you don't like it though.

I love spreading lowfat cottage cheese (is that considered clean?) on them and then topping with fruit like strawberries or oranges. Amazingly good taste!

I love Wasa crackers! I use them in place of bread most days with an egg on it, peanut butter or just as crackers for a bit of crunch with my salad.

I can't say that I love Wasa crackers, but it's a good snack with hummus, peanut butter, almond butter or a wedge of laughing cow cheese spread on top. I get the whole wheat Wasa. I am going to look for Kavli on my next trip to the grocery store.

I have bought the Kavli at both the natural food store & my local chain grocery store.

I prefer the Kavli crackers. They are located next to the Wasa crackers at my grocery store. When I compared the ingredients between the 2 brands, the Kavli crackers were the clean choice for me. I haven't tasted the Wasa, but the Kavli are tasty and come in a few different multi grain varieties.
I spread hummus or natural pnut butter on my crackers.
