I totally agree w/ Lisa on this one! I bought both books at the same time, but the cookbook is just a cookbook if you don't have all the understanding of clean eating that the Eat Clean Diet Book provides. The book has a WEALTH of information. I realized while reading the book just how much I didn't know & I was fascinated by our body's chemistry & just how the eating clean will benefit me.
I didn't want to waste time getting up & running with this new way eating healthy and dropping weight, & I wanted to be sure I was Eating clean correctly , so I absorbed it quickly & still turn back to pages for reference.
You should also know, in the back of "the book" Tosca has a section of her recipes. I highly recommend reading the book!!
