Okay ladies Ive been on spark for about a month and Im loving it, Ive added urbanmommy to my sparkpage as a friend like the first week I was on here, SHE IS MY MOTIVATION. love her! Want to be just as fit as here. Okay anyway I found this board off her page, (I seen that she changed her picture. VERY NICE by the way) and I thought wow I can really learn something here, I have lots of trouble find health things to keep eating, It seems Like I eat the same stuff over and over and I get board with it very quick. Ive seen a lot already on here that I know Im going to enjoy. So dont mind if I jump right in. A lil about me, Im a mother of 3 an a loving wife of (will be 5yrs on March 1st) and a full time hair stylist. Im currently at 135. sw was 148, with sparks Ive lost a total of 13 lbs so far want to be a hot 120 before I can say ive reached my goal. K sorry to post so long, hope to get to know you all soon.
