John bought it for me for Christmas, but I haven't opened it yet! I'm reading "Making the Cut" right now, so Tosca's workout book is next on my list!
Love the quote!

I have it and I've read maybe 1/3 so far. It chronicles how she got into it and is very inspiring when you consider where she started and her age, etc. For the most part, I think it gives one courage to get into the gym and not be intimidated by anything or anyone. I like her quote ( I think it's her anyway) Don't worry about people looking at you. Most people who go to the gym are too busy looking at themselves :) Thought that was so funny.

Today, may I make good decisions that create positive outcomes and may I have wonderful, loving people in my life to share this awesome journey with.

"As Aristotle said, “We become what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.” The same can be said of enthusiasm, excitement, and passion. It is a habit, and a choice we make, moment by moment. "- Teresa Easler

I wake up every day with the realization that this is it, that there's only one shot at this life and I can either enjoy the ride and live it to its fullest and to my highest potential or I can stay the way I am.
