Thanks so much! I"ll have some of my home-made dressing ready for salads, although fast food salads usually consist of iceberg lettuce :-(. I've stocked up on apples, dried apples, Clementine oranges, carrots, celery, red peppers, turkey breast left-over (although I cannot BELIEVE the amount of sodium there!!!!), boiled eggs and Clif bars. I'll be fine. And we made a BIggest Loser casserole (Rigatoni - modified slightly) to take with us for one of the dinners. Yep, I'll be just fine!
