I feel like I will be tested starting tomorrow and until I return home, probably on Thursday. I will not track food, I think, but we'll see if I can make it. I will weigh myself first thing tomorrow morning and then Friday morning to see what happenes on the scale.
Here is the big question? I plan on packing a cooler with some essentials like my own Ezekiel sprouted bread, premixed and measured out oatmeal with wheat germ,flaxseed and protein powder for breakfasts, my yogurt etc. etc. This is my sister we are talking about, the one I'm trying to convert to clean eating and I let her borrow my book. Is this goving overbaord? I know I will hear a few comments about how I'm obsessed and how I should live a little etc. but should I really care?
As you can tell, I am a bit nervous about being away from my own kitchen and having total control of what's cooked. Help...am I crazy?? He,He
