Norgie's Excellent Adventure

Val d’Isère, France January, 2008! My goal ...

I confidently and comfortably enjoy the slopes of Val d'Isere, France and my legs are toned, strong and carry me through the wilderness. I enjoy the people we travel with and rekindle relationships :)

How I will get there ...

1.) run/jog/waddle - whatever it takes at least 6 days a week for 30 minutes to increase my lung capacity. Goal is 3 miles in 30 minutes.
2.) strength train 4x's per week
3.) eat clean
4.) post daily on the gratitude thread
5.) work the ski machine 10 minutes per day to increase my balance and turning ability
6.) do yoga daily for stretching and calming my mind
7.) learn some basic french so I can take care of myself and request the foods that will keep me happy and healthy
8.) keep pictures, video's, etc front and center to keep me motivated
9.) learn as much history as I can about the area so I am well informed
10.) be loving and kind to myself and others
