You said it Lwater! If I don't plan lunch or dinner, I'm likely to fail.

Hi Up4more!

I do the same thing. As soon as I get home from work, I go into the kitchen and plan & pack my lunch and breakfast for the next day. Preparation makes all the difference in the world doesn't it?

I love to eat fruit for breakfast, It's quick and healthy. I also love toast and apricot spread! (All natural of course!)

mini whole wheat bagels or toast for hurried days...

It's what I do. Better to have the grains/carbs early in the day when you need the energy.

Normally - I am up and out the door, having already eaten my breakfast byt the time I woke up today. I have no wiggle room for waking up late is the problem... I need a back up plan, an omlette is fast, but just not fast enough when you are already running late.

The rest of my day;'s food is already planned out - so even if I slip and wake late, I have packaged and prepared the days meals the previous night.

Ah well, I will adjust the calories to be sure it does not stick to my thighs and butt for the day!

( oooh and thanks for the compliment on the baby pic! )

:) no it's not. but this is a good thread for those hiccups...

yesterday I had about a cup of trader joes low fat cheetos. I was making my sons lunch and voila, I suddenly realized I ate a whole cup's worth of those buggers!

Eating clean does eliminate those cravings... and it merely told me that I'm stressing. It was a very stressful day for other reasons. It didn't kill my diet but it was an unplanned attack! :)

We have to plan ahead as much as we can. It's that simple. Plan at least one day in advance all your meals. All including snacks :)

Allow a little squeek room for "So I guess that having" moments :)

(cute baby pics, btw!)
