Normally - I am up and out the door, having already eaten my breakfast byt the time I woke up today. I have no wiggle room for waking up late is the problem... I need a back up plan, an omlette is fast, but just not fast enough when you are already running late.
The rest of my day;'s food is already planned out - so even if I slip and wake late, I have packaged and prepared the days meals the previous night.
Ah well, I will adjust the calories to be sure it does not stick to my thighs and butt for the day!
