Sounds like an awesome opportunity to get ready for a tri!!
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB (personal best) is the sometime icing on the cake.

I went to a pre race clinic today. It was AWESOME! I don't know why I haven't been to any before.
I have an Olympic Distance tri a week from tomorrow and today was the clinic. It was *free* to anyone. They were demo~ing wetsuits, goggles, the wetsuit hat things...
Even if you weren't racing you could get in a great open water swim and ride and run the course. It was great!!! I am so excited for next weekend. I did the full Olympic distances today and just felt Wonderful!
If there are pre~race clinics... I highly suggest you GO! I am going to go to more now whenever they are available.
