dreadful week for me... ( and a new one here *waves and things ~throws glitter) I thought I was so motivated but somehow gained the 5 that I had lost and added another 3 making 8 lbs gained this week... i don't.even.know.how. talent methinks. emoticon I will be so happy to be off of this damned Lithium. I have never gained so much weight in all of my life, nor so quickly. Certainly a battle I feel that I'm losing, but not ready to tag out just yet

My weight has been all over the place, this week! Up-down-up-down...my scale is frigging see-saw! Anyway, I'm back up to 163 today, but my lean body mass has gone up almost 3 lbs, while I've lost 2 pounds of body fat mass, and my body fat percentage dropped about little more than 1%. So, all is well.

I finally have a routine in place, and I've made it past my Week Two crash-and-burn point. Ha. I'm weighing and measuring on Saturdays, so I thought, why not add it here, too?

Well, I got through Labor Day picnics and grillouts and didn't gain any weight, so I guess I should be happy. I didn't lose any weight either though...good thing I'm ramping up my workouts now that hubby's back in school!

emoticon I am recording my first weighin on this forum but I began bodytrim 6 weeks ago and weighed 112 kilos and today I was 104.5kilos and am heading to my first target of 99 kilos and reaching double didgets. emoticon

I started Bodytrim on Tuesday 20th july weing 112kgs and my first goal is to loose 13kgs. Its 5 weeks following Bodytrim now and Ive lost 6.4kgs which is astonishing to me, because I am actually on track to reaching my first short tern challenge. Its almost 10 weeks since I began Bodytrim now and I went of track for 3 days in my 8th week and gained 2.5kgs but I got right back on the eating plan and lost 1.5kgs the week after so Ive lost exactly 7kgs so far. Ive broken my weightloss challenge int

Went down to 168.2 on Friday as I came home from the 2 week road trip. It was all a matter of portion control and time managed continued workout routines at hotels I stayed at. I remember that this journey doesn't stop or has time outs! Today, I weighed in at 170 with a 23.02 BMI. Still maintaining strong!

Well I hadn't weighed in a couple of weeks and I am up 6 lbs from where I was...but I'm working with my mom and doing the January challenge, so this is just a new starting point, and it's still 10lbs down from my original starting point. So here we go again :)

After being on the road since this past Saturday and in Lincoln, Neb since Wednesday, I weighed in at 170 today. I guess after hearing horror stories of how hard it is to maintain on the road, I have become defiant about staying at my goal weight! We are training on the road and eating healthy. The key for me is portion control. Bottom line, I feel damn good! Hooahhh!

7 months of maintaining yesterday and the last two days have been exactly at goal weight....now today I start a two week holiday road trip to Lincoln, Nebraska....no worries, I'm in the lifestyle!

Remember that it's not just the scale that will give you positive results. I measure my arms, chest, waist, legs, and even wrists. It's amazing what will take place. It goes with clothes fitting as well. If you stay the course, the change will come. Way to be persistent and positive, Red Jewel!

Which day is weigh-in day? I weighed in this morning (Monday) at 164. So, I have a starting point. I'm down 74 from my highest, and I've been coasting. I thought I would reach my SP goal this year Instead, in 338 days, I've gained 10.3 lbs (that's 0.9 lb per mo). I have 26 days left in 2011 to improve my 2011 numbers. So, here I am.

Well, I've been stuck at the same weight, 185, for the past 3 weeks, but I've been having trouble getting motivated and haven't stuck with things as I should. I'm getting back on track now (with some healthy butt kicking from my Mommy), so hopefully next week I'll see the number moving down again. On the bright side, even stalled, I've lost 15 lbs and am looking forward to losing more!!!

I am down a net of .5lbs this week. Last weekend I gained a bit (damn bourbon haha) so I lost 2.5lbs total. That is my biggest problem during the school semester, I tend to indulge on the weekends because I am stressed out. I am going to stop the cycle starting now so I can actually lose weight instead of gaining and losing the same 5lbs.

170.6 with a 23.11BMI. I'm still maintaining. Exercising really works your metabolism. I also look for healthy snacks and continue to watch what I eat. I don't get psycho anymore when I fluctuate a pound or half. I know it's normal. I also know no change is good change. Stay with it, Red. It will pay in the long run. All my best to everyone!

I didn't lose anything this week, but I didn't gain either. I just need to get my but in gear and push a bit harder...I'm not so much worried about no movement on the scale as I am by the lack of motivation that I've felt over the past week. After my 1 year SparkVersary on Monday, visiting my mom and sis for a week, and readjusting back home, I weighed in at 170.9 with a 23.14 BMI. I have now maintained for over 5 months and reconfirmed that I am totally in a healthy lifestyle!

Did my weigh in today after being on the road to DC and at my mom's in Falls Church, VA since Thursday! I'm happy even though I'm a bit below 170. The good news is that I've been doing everything I'm should in this wonderful healthy lifestyle. I knew I could do this!

I'm maintaining at 170.4 with a 23.08 BMI. After 4 months of maintaining, I've learned about fluctuating and it doesn't send me into a panic. I weigh daily and know that it can vary with the amount of exercise and various food I eat.
