my goals for this year would be:
-create a fitness routine that i will actually stick to, even when midterms roll around
-learn some new, healthy recipes (because i don't know how to cook AT ALL)
-stay on top of my schoolwork (because as soon as i fall behind in my classes, i stop worrying about working out and eating right
-go to the gym 4 times/week, even if it's only for 45 minutes
-cut down on drinking
-try yoga classes at the place under my dorm
-go rock climbing
-locate a park to run in
my goals for this school year?
* DO WELL IN MY CLASSES
* continue not smoking
* join a yoga class and GO TO IT
* try to hit the gym at LEAST twice a week
* cut down on the booze!

Most of my goals look like a to-do list, although I would eventually like to do them naturally rather than have to constantly remind myself. I have stuff like eat breakfast, bring lunch, drink more water, wake up early to jog/walk every morning, etc.
However, a couple of milestones I'd *like* to reach by the end of this semester is to comfortably fit into a size 7 again and to be able to run a mile in 10 minutes. Just those two things push me back to my high school days (although I used to be able to run a mile in 8 minutes) and would signal that I'm a much more fit person :)
My number one goal for this school year is to get healthy! I'm uber excited about getting my life back on track. I'm moving into a new apartment, so hopefully finally having my own kitchen will aid me in a new, healthier lifestyle.
I can't wait to get back to school! This year is going to rock!
I'm always super organized in terms of my school work. This year I want to be organized in terms of health. I really want to make sure I always have healthy snacks on hand to try and avoid junk food when I'm stressing. I also want to develop a fitness routine I can stick to.
I know it's been pretty quiet over here for the summer, but I'm excited to get to know our new teammates and get going again.
This year will be SUPER busy for me with classes...I'm nervous about managing it all and still being healthy, especially with a new apartment.
I'm trying to figure out some goals to set for the school year...things to think about before I get back to school so that when I do, I don't feel bombarded and totally lost. Not just with weight loss, but with general overall health and well-being.
Does anyone have any specific goals or ideas in mind for the semester?
