I'd like that. I need desperately to get back on track.
I can't wait to get home...I have so much more control there. One more month and I'm done for the semester and home for summer!!

that's a good idea . i'm part of a challenge to do 30 min exercises daily, no matter whether it's cardio or strength or both...

so...maybe we can have the same challenge. i try to do 10-15 min on my stepper daily (i burn abt 125 cal/11 min)

my main goal right now is to lose inches frm the waist. i've lost over 1" frm my hips in the last 2 months but nothing frm my waist :(

Would anyone be up for an April Challenge to stay motivated and keep a good team/community? I'd prefer not to have a highly competitive challenge...maybe just something to strive for each day individually.

I know that with terms ending and stuff, it can get pretty stressful to keep everything organized. Maybe just a small goal to reach could be one thing to keep us in control.

This is what a scale is: a weighing machine. This is what a scale measures: level, size, balance, range,
degree, extent, amount, magnitude, and dimension. Notice this list does not include happiness, self-esteem,
worthiness, lovability, deservingness, goodness or badness, beauty, body
image, fatness, distress, or sanity.

I am not afraid to make mistakes.
