Just to let everyone know our challenge for this month is Abs!!! Basically doing abs crunches, or any other type of core workout for at least 3 to 4 times each week. Go Team!!!!! Let us know how everything is working out during this challenge on this forum, I have to catch up so I am doing 2 ab work outs today, then 2 tomorrow,then my new week will start Sunday.
