Just so that you don't miss out... Spark has a brand new feature you may be interested in knowing about:
Calorie Ranges Based on Fitness Tracking
www.sparkpeople.com/blog/blog.asp?post=n ew _feature_calorie_ranges_based_on_fitne ss_tracking
So... as an example: the "old" way was a standard number of calories; i.e., maybe 1,800 per day. It didn't change. It assumed everyone was sedentary.
But now... with this new feature, you can enter your activity level, and your calorie range will go up (or down) depending on how active you are THAT day.
I am NOT an expert on this topic, so please, please go read the article and see if this is something you are interested in.
I -did- read that once you change your settings, it's permanent. It is also the default setting for all new members who join after today 7-9-2013. For now, I don't plan to switch...
Matthew 6:33-34 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
