My favorite breakfast has been Eggs in a Basket- a fried egg inside a piece of toast. I can use wheat toast because the egg covers up the taste of the wheat, and if I cook it with just a touch of olive oil there's no extra calories!

I made a big batch of a kinda Ragu. 2 Zucchini, 2 Yellow Squash, 3/4 Red Onion, Chicken/Pork sausage and pureed tomatos. Thats dinner for most of this week over pasta.
Its gonna be too hot to do a lot of cooking. Plus this helps me get in my extra vege every day : ]
