Rode my bicycle 2 miles to the grocery store and back today and yesterday i rode to park got off walked the 1/4 mile track and rode home again so that was another 2 miles rode so not too bad

In huddle i said i'm making progress. The progress i'm making is i'm still exercising. Did 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight but almost skipped it like i did yesterday so i'm happy i did what i did since i'm just getting back to exercising after stopping for a couple months

Did 6 miles on Wednesday and 4 miles on Tuesday and hopefully will do another 4 miles today

ok back on the wagon again. I did 2 miles in 48 minutes two days ago, 2 miles in 47 minutes yesterday and 2 miles in 45 minutes today. Hopefully the migraines will stay away so i can continue working out.

Welcome Susie the group has been kinda quiet before and after i was added as a team leader. Feel free to add me as a friend if you wish. i try to read blogs and offer support when i can.

i should have exercised today but didn't i just felt drained of all energy so i was in bed most of the day. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Hello,

I hope this team is still going as I moved to Michigan in Sept. 2011..I live in Utica..I started the Jan. Challenge..5 week chanllenge..doing good so far..hope to meet some people from my area and maybe set uup a support system..

OK people sorry for slacking. Jan 1 I did 11 minutes on the treadmill, Jan 2 I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, Jan 3 nothing other than limping around Walmart as my hip was killing me. Jan 4 i've already done 22 minutes and it's only 2 a.m.

I haven't yet, other than some housework which can qualify as exercise if you get your heart rate up. Later today I am going to do my circuit on my Total Gym which takes about 15 minutes then on to my eliptical for another 20. I do that pretty much everyday and am adding reps on the Total Gym as my neck allows me to. I'm seeing a chiropractor for an injury that's had me in pain since Dec. 8, '07 (my mom's birthday so I remember). I'm not working today so my walking mileage will be down - I walk most of the day on my job and have gone through 4 pedometers. I need to get a good one next time.

Ok so far today i've done 20 minutes cardio hopefully will be able to do more later but i have to work back up to what i was doing

Thought I would get this topic going maybe motivate the group a bit and kick myself in the rear to start exercising again. I've been in bed for 2 days now severely depressed so I need to do something soon. Going to start exercising tomorrow.
