I'm not on bed rest but very limited on exercise. I try to do something every day. Today I walked for 10 minutes. That was pretty significant for me. I wish I could do more too. 1 pound weights are probably a good idea. I can safely work my upper body that way. Thanks for the idea and motivation!

Oh I'm so sorry about your situation. It's supposed to be better. This is the first time I decided to work out so I will find out if it does work out for me. Ask you Doctor what kind of exercises you can do and what your limits are. Also, ask him if it's okay to increase the exercise that he okays. Keep me informed if you don't mind. :)

You are lucky at least you can work out. I am in bed rest until who knows when? I keep hearing that working out during your pregnancy is awesome, because it prepares you for labor and delivery and it's smooth compare to someone who doesn't work out. Is this true? I'm so concern because I can't do anything. Any advise?

I've been working out 4 days out of the week with walking and lifting 1pound weights. I hope you all remember to try whatever safe exercise you can. It helps when it comes to delivery! Have a great day!
