Just saw this thread. I had emailed Jane my sympathies last week. But I want to say here that Jane, you did everything you could for Chloe. For whatever reason it was her time to go. Sad as that is for all of us. Be gentle with yourself my friend, you did a great job supporting and loving her. I always teach my Reiki students this; "Healing does not mean CURE." You were helping her heal, it is just her little body was not able to be cured of what ailed her. Your job was to love her and you did that 100+%,

It wasn't you that couldn't help her get well it was the vets that couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. But it does sound like she had a good last few days. You never gave up trying to help her Jane. I shudder to imagine what you spent.
