I'll start the December thread. I know how you feel, KR2165 - I've slipped off my exercise program, too. I did strength training last night, though, and it really felt good! I'm determined to get my healthy habits back before Christmas, or I'm afraid it will just get worse!

We can do this!

I have to take care of myself first, to be able to take care of the people I love.

I started Sparkpeople on 5/9/08 at 205 lbs. My ticker shows my start weight as 209 which was my highest weight in late April.

ummmm, i've been well out of touch with my walking habits for many months now. did do an exercise video today...at home walking and walked a 15 minute mile plus a 10 minute warm up so would be happy to log the exercise. just need to stay motivated. i'm almost back to my original weight so pretty much have to start from scratch :-(. all that hard work down the toilet!!!

Yes it would be very nice to have a Dec. thread for when we walked with our friends. That is comming very close to being all the exercise I get. The Drs. want me in bed with my feet propped up most of the time. I would much rather brag about what I accomplished, than whine about what I did not do.

Hi everybody. I was off-line most of November so I feel a bit out of touch with everyone. I was wondering if anybody is logging their walks, and if I should start a December thread for tracking miles. Seems like we didn't have a lot of postings on the November thread... what do you think? If anybody has any ideas for different team goals, I would love to hear it. Thanks!
