Most of us are here because we have a problem with our health. Our health problems are a result of our life style. We got this way from eating too much, and too much of the wrong things, and not being active. We all know who the enemy is.
Well, the good news is that we can fix it. The bad news is that it is not so easy. Only 5% succeed on finding a permanent path to being "healthy". However, here at SP the percentage is much higher - because SP is a better program than most others, it is not only a diet plan, it is a life plan.
Your plan will work if you are honest with yourself. To be honest, you should post everything that you eat. EVERYTHING! Do not worry about a bad dinner or a bad day - they come and go. But you owe it to yourself to at least log in the bad with the good. How would it be if your favorite baseball team quit after four innings because they were down 8 runs.... or the leader of a golf tourney just walked off the course after a bad hole? If you are going to play - play by the rules, and play the entire game! Right?
