Gonnabefit27- You rocked your goal this weekend! That's got to feel great.

I'm at 226 which is where I started the weekend. Went to a concert on Sunday night and had dinner with my wife. I had a plan but I ended up going overboard. Didn't hit my goal, but not a bad weekend overall!

Eating and exercise was good this weekend. I did partake in a couple of beverages that was not on my plan, but I was good everywhere else.

I didn't do good at all this weekend with eating. I did walk 60 minutes both Sat. and Sun. but that was not enough. I need to have a really good week!

Time to work on our weekend motivation goals. My weight is up a bit from Monday --I'm sure due to not being able to exercise & eat properly since I've been sick. Feeling much better now & intend on getting in some good workouts over the weekend, would like to see the scale move back down by Monday.
